Purpose of Processing Your Data At SPR, we will process your data in accordance with the regulations in force on personal data protection, according to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR), and Laws No. 58/2019 and No. 59/2019, manually and/or automated, for the following purposes:
    • Respond to inquiries, questions, or any requests made via email or through any available contact methods.
    • Fulfill legally established contractual obligations. The content of communications, such as products or services, will be personalized according to the Client’s interests.
  5. How Long We Keep Your Data SPR will keep your data only as long as the contractual relationship lasts and there is mutual interest, and subsequently, for the legally established periods for the resolution of potential liabilities arising from it. In case of a request for – and when legally possible – deletion of your data, they will be deleted with adequate security measures to ensure data pseudonymization or total destruction. Payment and billing data will be retained for the periods established by the respective economic/accounting and tax regulations.

In this sense, the interested party is obliged to provide the necessary data for its execution. If these data are not provided, the commercial transaction will not be possible. Withdrawal of consent for additional data processing by the Client will not affect the execution of the purchase and sale contract between the Client and SPR.   7. To Whom We Can Disclose Data SPR does not sell, under any circumstances, Clients’, Suppliers’, Partners’, Website Users’, or other external entities’ data to third parties. Data may be made available to subcontracted companies that provide services to SPR. All of them have regularized with us the access to these data for the exclusively described purpose. We may also disclose data to Public Administrations and Agencies when required by tax, labor, social security, or any other applicable regulations. Your data will be communicated when necessary for the fulfillment of the established contractual relationship and in cases provided by law. No international data transfers are planned for recipients located in countries outside the European Economic Area, including countries that provide an equivalent level of data protection to the European Union.

Right of Access

You have the right to be confirmed whether SPR is processing your personal data, as well as to access your personal data held by SPR.

You can request that personal data be deleted when, among other reasons, the data are no longer necessary for the purposes they were collected.
